The terms for booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds with Laureche Consult International.
Bookings and payment
Paid bookings are confirmed after payment and written confirmation. Corporate engagements follow an accepted proposal and its payment schedule. Prices, inclusions and applicable taxes will be shown before payment.
Discovery sessions
Discovery sessions are complimentary. Use the booking confirmation link to cancel or reschedule if you cannot attend.
Coaching appointments
One reschedule without charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late requests and missed appointments will be reviewed individually. Any charge must be stated before booking.
DISC assessments
Contact us before activating your assessment if you wish to cancel. Refund eligibility depends on whether access has been issued or activated and the provider’s terms. Non-refundable components must be disclosed before purchase.
Public events
Each event will state its cancellation deadline, transfer options and replay availability. Cancellations at least seven calendar days before an event qualify for a refund; later requests may qualify for a transfer or credit. Event-specific exceptions must be disclosed before registration.
Corporate training and speaking
Cancellation, postponement, participant changes, travel costs and payment milestones will be governed by the accepted proposal.

Selar purchases are subject to the product terms shown at checkout and applicable consumer rights. Contact us about payment or delivery problems.
Changes made by Laureche
If we cancel before delivery, clients will be offered an alternative date or a refund for the undelivered service. Material changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will use the original payment method where possible. We will confirm the expected processing time when your refund is approved. Any permitted deductions must be disclosed before purchase.
