Uche is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach, a DISC Consultant, and the author of The Intentional You.

She supports individuals and teams through reflection, practical learning, and a focus on self-leadership. Her coaching work centres on clarity, alignment, and intentional growth.

Uche brings over ten years of experience in individual and group coaching, leadership development, and team building. Her work includes coaching executives and senior leaders, designing programmes around client needs, and facilitating workshops on communication, team building, and general workplace effectiveness.

Her background combines engineering and people development. She studied engineering at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. She joined the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team in 2019 and completed a Positive Psychology certification in 2025. In 2026, she completed the Management Acceleration Programme at Lagos Business School. She continues to learn and keep abreast of emerging trends so her coaching and training remain relevant and practical.

She also established the High Achievers Community, creating a space for individuals to work intentionally on their goals, habits, and personal growth.
